Soft Tissue Release in Sulphur Springs, TX

Hands-on techniques that target tight muscle and fascia so joints can move more freely and comfortably.

How it fits your care

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around and through your muscles. When muscle and fascia get tight, the joints nearby often feel stiff too. Soft tissue work is one of the three tiers of care at Pacheco Spine and Sport, and it is often done before an adjustment or exercise so your body is ready to move.

Who it can help

Soft tissue release is commonly used for:

  • Tight muscles that limit range of motion

  • Neck and shoulder tension

  • Hip, hamstring, and low back tightness

  • Overuse strain from training, sports, or repetitive work

  • Stiffness that keeps coming back

What to expect

Treatment can be done by hand or with instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), which uses a handheld tool to work on the tight tissue. Your doctor may ask you to move the area slowly during treatment. The pressure is firm but adjusted to your comfort, so speak up anytime. Mild soreness for a day or so afterward can happen, much like after a good workout.
